Huntington's SA & NT Association is a non-profit organisation managed by a voluntary board and is a member of the Australian National Huntington's Association, a loose collective of state Associations, which facilitates the sharing of information resources, policy development, benchmarking in service delivery and provides a conduit for current research developments.
Huntington's SA & NT was formed in February 2015 out of a community need for an organisation that will help identify and address the unmet needs of those people in South Australia and Northern Territory adversely affected by Huntington’s Disease.
It is the aim of this website to provide information about HD and where you can go to access help and support.
Our Vision is to provide a full and confidential range of support and services to the Huntington’s disease Community that will include counselling, advocacy, accommodation, education and research while promoting awareness to the wider community
